As Lead Product Designer & Product Owner, I was in charge of the full product lifecycle for the successful launch of a business insights platform which exceeded it's internal revenue target by 60% in it's first year. As part of this, I led a small cross-functional team, ran a five-day dedicated design sprint, and leveraged platform analytics to improve key user experience metrics.

Improving Access to Sustainable Local Produce
Taking a user-centred approach. I conducted a thorough end-to-end UX process to design a mobile app which enabled small commercial farms to connect with and sell directly to local consumers. As the sole consultant on this project, it highlights my ability to put users at the heart of every stage of the design process and deliver experiences that both users and clients love.
By leveraging platform analytics, I worked alongside a tech lead to improve task completion and bounce rates for a SaaS diagnostic insights platform. This case study highlights my ability to use data to drive design priorities as well as work within budgetary constraints to improve key user experience metrics.
